Cooked Doner Kebab
Babek cooked doner kebab is authentically cooked and cut using the same methods as a typical take-away shop:
The doner is rotated slowly on a doner grill which is cooking the kebab at 300°C, and using an electric rotary knife long strips are cut from the cooked doner. These are chilled, then deep frozen and packed into plastic re-usable tubs or cardboard boxes.
Available in 5lb (2.27kg) tubs or 10lb (4.54kg) boxes.
Palletised in quantities of 100 tubs or 100 boxes.
Minimum order 1 tub or 1 box.
