Available in 4.54kg (10lb) boxes, Babek kofte is easy and quick to cook. Only the finest lamb goes into our recipe.
We can supply this product either raw or pre-cooked. Either way they are a very easy product to prepare. A few minutes in a hot oven, or if they are already cooked you can just microwave them for a minute or two.
Both the raw and cook come in a cardboard box, in quantities of 10lb (4.54kg).
