Doner Kebab
Our standard doner kebab, cooked traditionally on a doner grill then cut using a standard doner knife, to give you the authentic look and taste of a takeaway doner kebab.
Available in 5lb (2.27kg) reusable plastic tubs and 10lb (4.54kg) cardboard boxes.
Babek Burgers.
Available in boxes of 48 quarterpounders (113g), the Babek Burger has minimum shrinkage and maximum meaty taste!
Kofte Kebab.
Available pre-cooked and quick frozen in 4.54kg (10lb) boxes. Only the finest lamb goes into our recipe.
Chicken Shwarma
Much like our cooked doner kebab, we take a chicken shwarma, cook it on our doner grill and then cut it to give it the authentic look and taste of a takeaway chicken kebab. Available in 3 different flavours - original, tikka and tandoori, and in two sizes - a 5lb tub and a 10lb box.
Adana Kofte
One of our new product range is now available to buy in raw or precooked varieties. Adana kofte is juicy kofte kebab with generous spices and peppers, shaped into sausages.
